FAQ
All orders shipped outside of the USA are non-refundable. Exchanges of imperfect items are welcomed within 15 business days. mini + meep is not responsible for shipping costs of exchanges. International customers are responsible for their own risk of shipment, and that level of risk should be considered when purchasing orders traveling overseas from the USA. Orders that are lost in transit are to be investigated by the customer and are not the responsibility of mini + meep.
Important Information about Import Tax / Duty / Customs Fees:
mini + meep is not responsible for any import taxes, duty or custom fees that may be later applied to your order upon delivery. Please note that these required fees are not included in your shipping costs at checkout, and will be the sole responsiblity of the customer.
Please note that signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all orders $350+.
Postal FAQ:
If your package is missing in transit (the tracking stops updating), sign up for text alerts through USPS here.
If your tracking number shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, please click here.
If your order arrives damaged, please hold onto the damaged item / shipping materials and email us at hello@miniandmeep.com with your order details. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
