COVID-19 Updates:

We are working hard to protect you and your family with safety precautions and strict protocols. Our typical turnaround for shipment is 3-5 business days, but please allow 1-2 extra business days as we follow CDC guidelines to keep our partners, staff and family safe from the risk of COVID-19. We have scheduled USPS pickups every few days; please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be scanned by USPS after receiving a shipment notice.

Please be patient with international orders. Between a shortage of commercial passenger airlines to carry the mail and local authorities and transit/destination postal services shutting down or restricting services, sending international packages with USPS is resulting in longer transit times than normal.

All orders shipped outside of the USA are non-refundable. Exchanges of imperfect items are welcomed within 14 business days. mini + meep is not responsible for shipping costs of exchanges. International customers are responsible for their own risk of shipment during the current pandemic crisis. Orders that are lost in transit are to be investigated by the customer and are not the responsibility of mini + meep.

If your tracking number shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, please click here.

If your order arrives damaged, please hold onto the damaged item / shipping materials and email us at hello@miniandmeep.com with your order details. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
