COVID-19 Update:

We are temporarily disabling the option for international orders. Between a shortage of commercial passenger airlines to carry the mail and local authorities and transit/destination postal services shutting down or restricting services, sending international packages with USPS is resulting in longer transit times than normal. Please note that this is not a permanent change and we will once again accept worldwide shipping when postal services return to normal.

If your package is missing in transit (the tracking stops updating), sign up for text alerts through USPS here

If your tracking number shows delivered by the package is nowhere to be found, please click here.

If your order arrives damaged, please hold onto the damaged item / shipping materials and email us at hello@miniandmeep.com with your order details. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
