Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges!

Just contact us within: 3 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back to us within: 15 days of delivery. To begin your return or exchange, please email hello@miniandmeep.com with the subject line "Return", and tell us your order number, what items you're returning, and why you've chosen to make a return. If you're wanting to make an exchange, please include what item you want to exchange for. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you're exchanging, after receiving your return we will send out the new item rather than processing the refund. 

Customized items, or sale items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We accept returns and exchanges that arrive to our facility within 30 days of the original purchase date. If an item is purchased between November 1 and December 31st during the holiday season, we will extend that return window to 60 days. Once the item is received we can refund your order in full, or offer you store credit in the form of a gift card. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable. If the item was a gift you may return the item within 30 days of the original purchase. You will receive a gift card via email for the value that the item is marked at the time of your return.

If your package is missing in transit (the tracking stops updating), sign up for text alerts through USPS here. 

If your tracking number shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, please click here.

If your order arrives damaged, please hold onto the damaged item / shipping materials and email us at hello@miniandmeep.com with your order details. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
